I haven't seen them. Are they in a particular area?
Yeah I'm seeing them too. Like at first I thought some player was maybe the cause but it wasn't. I don't what's going on but it sure is cool.

Armistice is declared between the Earth Republic and the Votanis Collective. The Earth Military Coalition is officially disbanded. Humans and Votans begin to resettle the terraformed planet side-by-side.
Might have something to do with lore and the fact we have 2 new pursuits about the armistice
