Well, can we get some official word on this patch "fiasco"?

Or it failed certification. Considering how the last status update we had on the patch was it was "in certification" that isn't so unlikely-- especially with the softball questions tonight pretending nothing was up with the patch.

Well if this turns out to be the case. We might look at a delay till Next week! *outch*

i dont care if the patch dont come out till next week.... i am just anxious for them to work out, and fix all the bugs, and i know they cant fix them all at once... so trion take your time and make the patch worth it.

it's more about people taking an approximation as an ironclad fact. they said "around the 15th", and at some point I think they said "roughly the 15th", and people took that to me that it was definitely, 100% without a shadow of a doubt going to be exactly on the 15th. which isn't exactly what they said.

I knew a chick that did that with me...used to drive me insane. I'd say "maybe" I'd be somewhere at a certain time or on a certain day, and she'd take it as an ironclad guaranteed promise. and if something happened and I happened to arrive late or had to postpone she'd be all like "but you made a promise!!" and threw a hissy fit. annoying as hell. I had to literally start prefacing everything with "I'm not promising anything but I'll try."

is Trion going to have to start doing that with us?

But this has nothing to do with what i said in last post where this guy was calling people re*ards on basis of his guess that patch delay had got something do with the show and you quoting him for 'common sense'.

Common sense dictates not to jump to conclusions on basis of voices in your head.

"Around the 15th" means on the 15th we should have some solid information, if not a patch. We have neither. Thus, we're left to assume something went Horribly Wrong.

Don't remind me of that ;_; My legendary pitchfork of disagreement lost half its stabs per minute. But using a torch of flaming power in my offhand fixed that.

But....well... I think we're kinda derailing this topic. Let's get back on track ;-)
