I cannot defend a late PC patch since by all rights they should be able to push that out whenever, but consoles have to go through Sony or Microsoft before they can be put on the server, then they have to be put on the server, and then the update has to go live. It's a process that is completely out of Trion's hands (as Nathan said).

There's some serious humble pie to be eaten now me thinks. The lesson of the day? Patience.

Unfortunately, they'll just find new things to complain about. I mean, there's bound to be some problems with the patch, which will require hot fixes. But the second any one of these complainers experiences a bug, they'll start a new thread screaming about lies and scams all over again.
