Yes but by saying its 10/10 is saying its the best game they have played and it cant get any better. What's better than 10/10 it makes no sense, at least make a valid review. So there idls nothing wrong with the game they should leave it as it is as its 10/10.

I see your logic but my point is with all things being equal (Buying a game at launch) I am glad the game can be updated a fixed vs a majority of the games your SOL

Iv had the game since launch and have not stopped playing it and have enjoyed it 99% of the time. Even if there wasnt a patch i still wouldnt stop anytime soon. I love this game and have had more than my moneys worth from what iv played. You can buy a solely single player game with a campaign that lasts 8 hours and not be touched again. But thats just me. Everyone is different.

All games can be fixed these days. Patches are the norm. The problem is I see alot of "oh you should have waited if all you are going to do is complain". Well lets put some logic into this. If everyone who is unhappy with the state of things right now waited they couldn't afford to fix the problems and frankly there would be no point in fixing anything because no one would have bought it. Then they would blame the low sales on piracy or used games or rentals. I don't know why all the people trying to defend Trion don't understand that they are really hurting them. If I had come to these forums before I bought it that would have been a lost sale for Trion. And money in Gamestop's pocket months down the line when I picked it up used for 1/2 the price

History lesson ps2 eqoa by the makers of everquest was the first mmo to hit consoles it was a monthy charge game and was far worse than defiance in the beginning not to mention on only one device I applaud triton for their effort and know first hand the trial to come.

Well PC users are facing something rather unqiue to but a fe other games they ever had. The MMO is built to work on consoles limited 500 meg of ram. I imagine when this is upgraded to new consoles they can complicate and add tons more stuff like they do for Rift. Right now however it's kinda barebones comapred what many MMO fans are used to. I trust them. I actually see alot of promise (like actual fighting with knives ala seen in the 1st episode of Defiance)

Apprently you never played WoW when it first came out eh? Took them three months to smooth things out and another three to really get the ball rolling.

Yeah, and they STILL have weekly one-hour server shutdowns or restarts, patches that don't go as-planned, patches that take MONTHS to get out, and not-infrequent occasions where those one-hour restarts lead to multi-hour downtime due to this or that.

yeah this game is really awesome. we complain because we love the game so much. or at least thats why i do. there's always bugs with a game and im not innocent in saying i didn't curse the developers when something glitches and i can't get a pursuit finished or credit for something but that doesn't stop me from playing the shtako out of it.
