I want a Dodge, which mobile merchant will sell it?

But im not a pre-purchaser and for the black dodge i must play the mainstory so i can get on San Francisco.

Are there other Ways to get a Dodge? ieard that som mobil merchant will sell it, but where can i find them?

There is a hidden vendor that is north-west of muir processing plant that sells one. West of muir processing plant, there are 2 lakes, it is on the northern shoreline of the most western lake. Kill all of the enemies there and it will show up. The Dodge Challenger that is sold there is hemi Orange and it will cost around 15,000 scrip.
