[PC] Cant download the game.

Hello all,

I got the game last week and i`m still not able to play it. The first few days i got stuck in the infamous download loop wich ended in an Patch error, please try again later.

I believe there was an launcher update yesterday (noticed its a different version now) and the looping has stopt. Now the launcher just stops downloading after about 700 to 900 mb, it stops and doesnt do anything anymore. And offcourse when i hit the cancel button the download starts again from zero....

I`v had contact with custemersupport chat whom couldnt help me and i have a ticket opend for a few days now. Try`d pretty much all possible fixes found online but nothing works. I`m starting to get realy frustrated here since i trew 50 bucks at a product i cant use. Such a same cuz the game seems fun to me.

I`m running Windows 7 64 bit.

I'm afraid I can't help you with the issue, but it worked fine for me and I also run Windows 7 64 bit so it's not the OS.

uninstall the patcher. Redownload it from Trion Worlds website. Make sure you've entered your Key Code.

When you install the patcher make sure to Right Click it and "Run as Administrator" that may help.

You can also disable your firewall for that exact program using instruction from here:

NEVER completely turn off your Firewall.

Not sure what country you're from, but some country have some aggressive internet filtering by default.

I`m running Windows 7 64 bit.

Give out all the specs you got
have you installed all the latest drivers?
Does this happend on that computer, or all you try to download it to?
Try to find a different way to download the game (don't know if it is possible, I will provide if there is none other way and Sledgehammer or some one else can confirm that Im not breaking a rule)
try tracert and the ip to the download mirror and see how much ping you recieve (dont know the IP, some one might have it)
Check that your connection is good, if your using wireless, try wired connection if possible
