If you don't read between the lines from patch notes.. then you must have been sadened by all patch notes since the Patch era began, I still remember when I read a Patch for CoD, when eveyone was annoyed about SMG Dominance reading

"Fixed Gun Damage" very very in depth there... or for Skyrim... "Fixed numerous quest related bugs" you must have been like "What quest bugs? what quests?" Number one rule of Patch Notes, Read Between the lines, No one has the time to hold your hand threw them. Otherwise patch notes could go from a simple paragraph worth, like we see with these, to nearly a book. Especially with this patch's size. It's not a baby patch, it's a full grown one, fixing and adding a lot of content, example "Fixed bug where some hats and helmets would not appear correctly" why aren't you screaming about bald Ithi's? worriing about eye gear not being fixed? after all mine goes bald when I add the eye gear from the Reporter outfit. and that's not a helmet or hat is it? but I trust they fixed it.

Sorry to interrupt but in my opinion I think he wants to know exactly what their patching just to be sure his vehicles don't get rebooted. All the other stuff is cool yeah whatever but he wants to know if his problem is fixed. Some people need specifics in order to be sure everything is okay. Its understandable if you look at it through his eyes rather than your own. Just because it says its going to fix bugs doesn't mean its going to fix them all. He's just upset. Don't take it the wrong way.

It's not terrible. I have had patches for games below 1 M/s. If it were 1.45 kbps, it would be VERY SLOW.

i got this after patching so i un install the game from my hard drive run game off disc same message....

Just wish there had been more improvements to the Chat/UI on PC, making chat stay up longer doesn't really help much if the window is so tiny you can only see 2 lines at a time and only what people say within a 100m of you. Need Region/Trade chat otherwise text chat is next to useless.

thank you that's all i was trying to say.. i love the game just don't want to reset my vehicles and thought(if you read the forums it's a huge issue) that something as big as this would be specifically noted..

Woke up, noticed new patch notes, excited. Read patch notes, more excited. Downloaded patch, super excited about playing an hour before going to work. Xbox Error that tells me i have to install the game again after finishing the patch?RAGE comes out.
