    I've just had my response from Amazon, which is as follows: -

    As explained on this page, the Beta Event for this title has been delayed by the publisher. I am sure you will appreciate Amazon have no control over this.

    Once the revised launch date has been announced by the publisher we will then send out your Beta Code.

    Going by the information on the link you have posted, as you have ordered the X Box 360 version, the launch date is currently set be 25th - 26th March. However, as we have not yet been supplied confirmation of this information directly by the publisher, I cannot confirm this yet. Provided this date is not changed by the publisher you will have your Beta Code by launch date.

    As control over these codes are under the authority of the publisher, at the moment I am unable to confirm exactly when your code will be sent.

    Did I solve your problem?
    They are saying that the lack of codes is due to the publisher. I was pleased they looked at the link I sent them and commented on it, rather than getting the bog standard cut and paste response.

    It looks like the ball is back in the court of the Devs here to respond.

    I've forwarded the email to community@defiance.com. Its from my 'adult' email address rather than the one I'm registered with here. I am registered for the beta but just a bit concerned still. Thanks for your assistance Lance.

    Thanks for looking into this again Lance. I really wish Amazon would get their act together, it doesn't say much for their customer satisfaction.

    all of your that purchased from amazon uk push for compensation and push hard because one im going to keep harassing till i get those codes and 2 well if you can get compensation higher for the win

    i got 4 quid so far im gonna complain again tommorw if no codes and push for more compensation

    At the end of they day they should not say they will give something when they don't and trion never said anything about this so it must be Amazon being all "hey i want to ruin my customer day"

    We need to inspire some kind of thread full of people who want their codes and then show Amazon they're in trouble.
