Mines downloading fast... I never normally see a server testing my internet cap (slightly under, but still). It's one big *** patch though, 9 minutes at 40 mbps? I don't even want to do the maths on that one. Have fun 360 users.

after downloading the patch it wont play the game

Because the servers aren't back up yet. It's normal for the devs to allow the clients to download the patch while they are implementing it during their server downtime. Just because you downloaded it, doesn't mean the servers are ready.
Most mmos are like this.

Downloading mine on xbox, took less than 8min with a 50mbps connection, so pretty sure it's the same on each platform.

hmm seem to be experiencing some problems that i havnt before with downloading patches what is the reason for this is it my internet or??

mine was 4 hours, I reset my router and it dropped down to 34mins.

All these download speed/times are kind of useless. What people need is the patch size. Everyone knows their download speed and how quickly they should be able to download something, but without the patch size what good is that.
