I've downloaded the patch and now can't start the game. 1st game gave the patch failed error. 2nd time after patch was done i got the xbox message window stating cannot start game download game again. Has anyone else expierienced this?

I didn't get patch failed error message but I received the same xbox system error message which says 'download the game again' kind and can't start the game at all.
Yeah I updated 5 minutes ago, and now it is doing the same thing. Only geting the xbox error message saying to download the game again.

Problem is, how can we download a patch to fix the patch, when we can't even load the game up??!!
I get the msg after the patch when I hit A to play.
