They said they found 'issues' with patch and are working on it. I will say from playing Rift for a while Trion is very good at keeping things ticking, better than most and they do have my respect for that.
I was halfway through opening my 4th mod slot ,now I will loose the slot and the ****ing cost of opening it again....****.
