Well when people (at least me anyway) think of MMO's they think of having deaths with consequences as with this feature it really makes you think about what you are going to do instead of like you said spawn rushing everything.
Sadly Defiance lacks the "death without consequences" feature that most MMO's have to adapt to a younger generation (Like myself) which sucks since I miss games where I had to sit back and think up a strategy before I did something and having to team up with random players just to get the job done.
