So...what is there to apologize for? They said Monday or Tuesday for the patch. The patch came Tuesday. The patch is having issues, a VERY-COMMON occurrence with MMO titles. Tuesday's not over, so it could (and should) still get going by the end of the day. Your whining still was unwarranted, and I will not apologize for finding it obnoxious and silly.
