An MMO that has no auction house is never going to get far in today's gaming world!
I agree. No action house was a bad idea (thinks its not in so people are forced to buy bits for Boxes to get Orange items) and the worst thing about this game is Ego Rating is just a number. It does nothing other than give you co op missions.

It does the exact same dmg as the 525 rating assault rifle. That white Pistol? Its go the exact same stats as that Purple one....only difference, the purple one has a few mds, like increased mag or faster reload....
An AH would serve little to no purpose in this game since once everyone has orange weapons, aside from leveling their WP, there is no reason to switch gears, ever. I'll have that exact same Grendae mod for Flash bang from level 237 all the way to 5000....I dont need to change it, its not like there will be a better one.

thing is, because this is a MMO catering to xbox 360 users... many of which only play certain type of xbox 360 games, players have no idea what AH's are or other features a "regular" mmo might have... causing them to not complain about things like that.

Who the hell pays bits for tier 4s, with a pretty well damn thought of key code farming route me and my buddies use, we each get 64 codes within 20-30 mins depending on the amount of players on. Buying inventory and perks is the only real benefit from bits, do NOT waste them on tier boxes.
I don't use bits i have 500 off preordering still sitting there. Also when I said ego Rating does nothing its the pursuits that do nothing
Yes, everyone who plays Xbox 360 games are morons and have never touched a PC game in their lives.
Again.....Some of the pursuits give you cool or interesting titles and outfits...given, that even more useless than some of the perks, but still...I like a few of the outfits I got from the pursuits, like the EMC Trooper from one of the Co-op pursuits. And I cant wait for Dam Defence to get that pursuit complete and get me a Vindicator Title.

I wouldn't call it solely that. I played WoW for a few years, and I don't care for an Auction House here. Like was said, weapon damage doesn't vary THAT greatly from the bottom to the top. You don't have something like in WoW, where a new weapon was a MASSIVE DPS upgrade, to an extent such that you couldn't progress without it. WoW wouldn't allow you to kill end-game content with starter weapons. I can get by in arkfalls or general missions with my early-game Scattergun (which I do, as I'm maxing out the Pump Shotgun XP from it right now).
Because of that, I don't see an AH as that meaningful. Maybe they'll add a lot of vanity items in the future (more cars and hats and such), to where there could be a collector market to make an AH useful, but I feel that right now, the thing would mostly be filled with useless items (white Infectors and such), simply because it's too hard to tell what is good in this game and what is not. That stems from the small amount of variation in weapon quality from the bottom to the top.
