How much longer? REPLY!?

So... its been almost 2 hours since sledge posted in regards to Xbox/PC servers being down because of issues with the patch. Sledge said there is no ETA for the servers to come back online, but all i ask is that the community gets updates on the issue. maybe hourly? maybe longer... but dont leave us in the dark on the situation.

This game has potential to be one of the best, if trion can keep on top of everything. To be blunt, the launch was terrible... its a new game there is going to be bugs i understand that and i am willing to wait for such fixes and updated features such as the lift of region lock. But trion MUST UNDERSTAND that we the COMMUNITY SHOULD be informed of whats going on behind the scenes to some degree. Especially when it stops us from playing a game we have all paid for.

im guessing you havent played many mmo's in like the past 10+ years. The launch was fine and servers were stable for the most part. All mmo's have bugs at release, some worse than others. The ones here were not game breaking, take wow or any other mmo that were not playable for the first few days.

There ya go ...some things you cant put a hard time on thats just how it goes when you start trying to time scale things you need to fix is when you screw it up even more. They could post 10 min updates to everyone wouldnt change a thing it wont make it go any faster.

Im all for defending this game too, it rocks my sox off...but really?

Did you play during the first week? Did we play the same game?

There is a reason they apoligiezed and gave us goodies...and its NOT because launch went smoothly...

**UPDATE*** We're finding issues with our latest patch - we're taking down Xbox and PC for maintenance. No ETA for bringing them back online.

yeah ive been playing since alpha and the number of dcs i could count on one hand( after launch). Ive played a lot of mmo's at launch and this was smooth compared to most.
