There I was at 97% dowloaded and then it froze causing me to reset my pc.
On reboot I started the Defiance downloader only to find its starting at 0%.
Is this for real because if it is then show me the refund place.

Is this the first game you've ever played? MMO patch you've ever downloaded? First PC Game?

Chances are, it started at 0% and yes you have cached your previous attempt and it'll probably jump back up to 97% pretty quickly, quicker then it took to get there.
If not, it's no different then any other game or patch...
If you're wanting a refund over that, by all means, go. Take the rest of your complaining crew with ya.
