Pretty sure there isn't a cap as the devs have said that you could *theoretically* unlock everything.

You should post this in general general so you can get a faster answer. I wouldn't of found this if I wasn't following another thread(xbox player). Anyways the cap is 5000 which would take above 2 years to reach

I thought he was asking about the skill tree. But yes, 5000 is the *current* level cap. I have a feeling that if a lot of people make it there before their estimate then they'll up it.

Nope it's definitely going to take that time. Based on the achievements/trophies I think 2500 might be the real max. Since with that much you can max out the perfect build for your role. Then after that its just completionist mentality, don't quote me on that though:P

That's good to know. I was kinda concerned about this because I've heard of other games where they tried to say it would take a good amount of time to max out and then people were blitzing it and way outdoing their estimates.

According to the Ego Calculator you would need 540 ego points witch is an Ego Rating of 450.

Yeah I know what you mean, but they wouldn't do that for an MMO, they can't! They have to make it hard to reach full max so many people will see it as not really worth it so they just make another character to get to 2500 since it'll take a lot less time then getting 1 to a full 5000. Atleast that's how I see it. Like in DCUO, after lvl cap there's all of these achievements you can do which give you bonuses, but it takes sooooo Long to finish them I'd rather just make another character.

No you get 1 ego point for every 10 ego rating. From what I've seen in gameplay, you get 10 rating for leveling up and 1-5 rating for challenges.

The challenge on the live stream looked pretty fun...
