Possible bug?

Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering if this was a bug or not as I'm not quite certain but, I've been using assault rifles alot and an LMG as a secondary and my LMG skill was 6 now it's 7 but the issue is I was PRETTY SURE the bonus for level 7 LMG was 2% fall off damage but it gave me 5% reload? I remember seeing another guy on the forums with the same issue except it was with a different weapon skill, though I couldn't find the thread so I'm just wondering if I'm wrong or if this is a bug and if it'll be addressed with the patch? I don't have the patch yet as I'm on the PS3.
