Server Down, Cash Shop Broken, Weapons Missing,Poor Tech Support & ETC

Let me first off by saying, I was really enjoying this game. Though recent events are beginning to make me question that. Today it seems they have literally broken the server. Theres tons of threads about weapons missing. Now the cash shop feature can't even work correctly.

I am just wondering out there how many of u are willing to stick through the mess, or how many of you are about to cut your losses with this product.

If my cash shop issue is not resloved and I continue to be brushed off I will see no reason to ever spend cs with this company. I can deal with alot of issues, but when it comes to cs I have little to NO patience with it.

As of right now I am not in favor of the episode missions since they can not even get the game as present to work. I think they should put everything on hold until they can actually fix the game they have. I know they won't do that but I think they should.

Just a thought, if your concern is for the technical side of things i.e. you bought something from the cash shop and because of it being broken it has charged you twice... then I can see being miffed. However, if what is turning you off is that customer service is having to deal with multitudes of individuals seeking to play at a time that they are trying to fix a problem to insure that your further play in uninterrupted. Then let them do their jobs. While you wait, read a book, watch the pilot episode again, or take a walk.. take a nap. There are legitimate concerns like broken transactions or other technical things that might be amiss, but being upset about customer service when they have nothing else to offer, but a "Sorry for the inconvenience." is a bit silly. They value you as a customer, so the only way the company can show that is to continue to work on the problems till they are all ironed out. In the mean time, take a deep breath, write a witty response, and take a break from demanding satisfaction.

lol I think you using the word multitude of problems says more than enough. Why add when u have a multitude of problems already? Are u waiting for zillions or waiting till there 0 because almost everyone gave up?
