I've been seeing the same thing. I have to cancel and then click update again, then it says I'm downloading at some insanely high rate, then gradually comes back down to normal for a couple of minutes, then down to zero. Rinse, repeat. It's gradually getting there.

Ya, it went down to a reasonable download rate after that screen shot and continued on like that for a bit, but then I got the infamous "Failed to download versions. Patch aborted." error and had to restart the download again -_-
