Thanks for the update. I'm happy that support is all over this.

They said there was an error with the patch so they brought down all servers and the downtime hasn't been listed/posted as far as i can tell

Seriously though who doesn't Love patch days for new games. I'm having too much fun reading the trolls.

This has been an ongoing problem with ALL MMO's since day one. (Not JUST new MMO games.)

I remember when they used to patch on a Thursday then be down ALL weekend. That stopped quickly when players dropped games by the droves (I was one of those) and would only come back when they did them earlier in the week so the Weekend was playable.

Basically Game Players --- If you want to play a MMO you WILL get Releases THEN patches to releases. This is NOTHING NEW -- and complaining about it is NOT going to help.

show the status of all servers that you have. That way you will reduce requests for server status (execpt for the Trolls and other idiots that WILL post no matter what).
