Sadly to the ones that fits these lines, it's not gonna happen, you are not god, you are not king, you are not the maker of the game, you should be happy that they are fixing it.

I mean yes you paid for the game and expected a fully working game HOWEVER, this is an MMO, meaning in nowadays setting most of the stuff gets update, more content, fixes and so on, that you paid for the game doesn't mean you have the right to demand things, you may have your opinion and disagree and when something is not right ask for compensation or something but you shouldn't be asking stuff for every single time the server goes down or when they apply a patch.

Bottom line of the story is that, fixes are being applied, mistakes can be made, in the end you still be able to play the game.
just have some patience.

I remember Trion giving 3 days for free to subs because of unforseen server down time. As there are no subs now, I'd prefer an in-game item for all who post in this thread. Community managers, note down those names and give us an exclusive title (like "Patient Waiter") or item to keep us cool...

you weren't actually playing rift or any mmo when such a thing happened

because if you did you would know that such an announcement and offer is never made this soon after unexpected downtime.

I don't see what the raging is about. yes you paid your money.. ONCE. This is a lifetime investment for a one off payment. you have forever and a day (or until Trion close its door) to play the game. So Trion owe us nothing more than a patch/fix.
