To everyone saying there going to return their game

it's my first MMO i'm happy to take the rough with the smooth , I'd put money on the fact those saying they are taking the game back to stores are back online without stepping a foot out the door.

Those that have already returned you should kick yourself hard and upload it here so we can all have a laugh at your stupidity game down for a few hours i'll log on the forums in my quest for sympathy.

Anyway see you around an Arkfall in the future i'm patching this beast up!

you may not care but i bet Trion does. when someone returns a game they tell their friends not to get it as well. which is what i'm going to do right now. my buds been asking me how the game is and i've been promoting and defending it as much as possible but this is too much. no satisfying progression, too many bugs, dull environments, lack of comunication. i thought it was a great idea at first but maybe shooters shouldn't be MMO or maybe its just Trion o.O
and i can think of ten people that won't get the game cause i'll tell them not to. now imagine if the number of people returning the game had the same influence or greater. oh yea Trion should care

LMAO. First, everyone needs to check their spelling and grammar. You loose a lot of BANG when you can't spell simple words and use the wrong form of words (there, their, and they're - make sure you know the difference!) Second, patience has nothing to do with being upset about how things are going so far. I am not a kid. I am older than a good portion of you here, I think. My contention has nothing to do with my gaming being disrupted for a few hours. Big deal. There are other games, there are other things to do. If you do not understand why others are feeling a little burned at the moment it may be that mommy and daddy bought your game for you. It may be that you don't have a job or other familial responsibilities that mean you can't devote 12 hrs of your day to gaming. I don't play CoD and never have. I like this game thus far. That doesn't change that fact that Trion has rushed this release and is tripping over itself since. Are you really okay with the industry constantly letting down it's community? I am shocked that you accept half finished products for hard earned cash, but maybe you didn't earn the cash in the first place.

I don't understand the point of saying your going to return your game... are they trying to get someone to tell them not to? Is it a threat to the developers? Because no threat is going to get them to work on it faster, I'm sure they are working on it to the best of their abilities so be patient.

the idea of an MMO shooter is great both MMO fans and shooter fans jump at the games potential and really wanted it to be good. and it was/is good for a bit. but then you notice that youre doing the same thin over and over which is the case for many shooters and MMOs but this stuff got really dry really quickly cause the rewards leave something to be desired. but yea i was going to post a "i'm quitting thread" in hopes that someone could talk me out of it cause i wanted the game to be something great. and i did see posts on other quit threads saying to stick around till the show airs. which i did and now that the show has aired the games still the same.

I'd like to just point something out to all the fools who think trading their game in will somehow snub Trion.

When you buy from a game shop the company who released the game,in this case Trion get most the money from the sale.Now if you say "right i'm taking it back" the game shop buys it from you (either for in-store credit or money) and the game shop itself re-sells the game but because it's 2nd hand the game shop in question gets all the profit when they re-sell it.


So simply put Trion already have your money lol trading in has done nothing but make you feel better....and probably helped get you a new game.

But you know what guys i'm just finding it hilarious that you thought EVERY ISSUE EVER would be fixed in 1 patch.The most pressing things have been dealt with in this patch.Chances are your crying because a few missions still havn't been fixed.....well just wait a few more weeks.

Geez kids are so impatient,they throw a temper tantrum thinking the threat of trading in somehow bothers anyone including Trion;news flash it doesn't

It's doubtful many places are going to accept your return as a return anyway since you've had it for two weeks and it's open and used. Gamestop will gladly give you some trade-in credit though, i'm guessing it's in the 20-25 dollar range .
