check now i did completed it now seems they turned it ON later after patch

Data recorder? I completed this pursuit... everything worked fine for me.
Those who got the data recorder early and had it bug out and not count still cannot finish it. They did make the data recorder count for people who had not picked it up yet..
its in the game now just finished it
