Confused, patch came out, no changes. Servers went down, came back, still no changes?

I am confused.

This morning we started several threads of all the issues that the patch didn't address that it was supposed to. Shortly after the servers go down, and we find out they went down as there was an issue with the patch, and this was the reason many of the changes hadn't taken place.

Well now that they are back up, I have already noticed several changes that aren't in place that should have been. The most obvious being names on the map.

Kind of a WTF moment here, what is going on?

There was a change. My assualt rifle no longer has any scope view or any cross hairs when I zoom in.

Yeah didn't notice anything different from before the 5 hour downtime either.

No New Episode missions either it seems. Episode Mission doesn't even show up as Legend on map anymore.

Area chat is still not working properly either. Still Close proximity only.
Private tells seem to finally work. So that's a start.

Skill Level bars seem totally messed up too now. It's impossible to see if you are leveling up a skill and/or how far you are from the Next Level.

Im all for patience and giving this game time, but that seems a tad much....

not to mention no hotshot dam defence which was noted in patch notes no fix to kills resetting when you die in pvp and arkfalls making certain pursuits defunct and now no x-hairs on my pistol when i zoom in with a sight attached , very poor show.

I was waiting for them to fix 3 things in this new patch.

1.Hotshot : Dam Defence
2.Fixing the reloading glitch on some weapons.
3.Fixing problem with random generated events (no money reward sometimes )

1.Still not in the game.
2.Not fixed.
3.Not Fixed.

Well ****, that is disappointing.

"Hey guys we have a giant 4.2 GB patch with the much lauded 8 pages of notes! Look we fixed ALL THIS ****! Woooohooooo!"

Then after that huge DL, and a very long outage, same old stuff, no changes.

Major WTF here.
