It is disapointing. We can't do anything about it though but camp the forums and wait for them to fix it.
I find it amusing that the fixes mentioned in the patch notes aren't even there. lol I am sure they don't, hahaha
Why is it SO IMPOSSIBLE for a company to make a small post about wtf is going on when there clearly was a massive fck up. Even something like, it was taking us too long to fix the problems, we reverted it and are going to work on it and we'll probably try to put it back next week or so.
WHY CAN'T THEY UNDERSTAND THIS SIMPLE SHT.
What about weapon/vehicle skills resetting that is the only thing I care about.
Not only is there nothing in this patch, they closed both my support tickets (ingame) with the response "-" . Neither of the issues I was having in those support tickets (inventory slots seems to be capped at 110, because i bought 4x (15) and got zero slots for my buck. So thank you trion, I'm actually very surprised..
OH and my Rollers level seems to be reset from 20 > 1. WTF
Yeah they treat us like imbeciles and have very poor communication.
We are their core fan base and the people who shelled out for this crap, and are watching the show etc... We are also a vocal bunch, as is obvious here, and I am sure people here are sharing elsewhere like Reddit, Gaf, etc....
Keeping that in mind, one would assume that they would have a community manager (Maybe they do and I just don't know for sure, I mean I see sledge and the like, but I mean someone like fourzerotwo for the COD junk) that would be all over this crap, consolidating the issues into lists, updating on the hour, apologizing for what went wrong.
The extent of the communication we have received is "Here is the patch" .... "Oh **** its broke, downtime" .... then five hours later "It's back!" when it is clearly still horked.
Told you. Everyone was crying for a patch, once the patch arive, they cry again because they hardly see stuff changed
At least my framerate went up a bit, if that was even part of the patch![]()
If I treated my customers like this in my day job, I would be out of a job. Granted I don't have a huge community to deal with, but by god, hourly updates are the least anyone expects with mission critical outages. Amateur hour, queue the clown music.
