Vehicle Rank bug still not fixed

That's good to hear, but the GMs promised those who were affected by the bug would have their previous ranks restored without having to re-grind them again.

That being the case, I don't plan to let them forget about that any time soon.

Hi, Im from Germany and i have the Same problem my roller its lvl 20 Now its lvl 1 -.- I hope he Fix it

I was told by two separate GMs, one a senior GM that my rank was not lost and that the bug would be fixed in today's patch. The roller rank was not restored and neither was the bug fixed.

If this was a minor mechanical problem I would not have brought this up. However, the vehicle rating is now apart of the EGO rating and I spent 84+ hours of my time working on maxing my vehicle rating before the bug occurred last week.

The GM said to you your "rank is not lost". Did he specify as in it's stored in a database somewhere? I'm on a break right now from Defiance only because of this bug. My roller is at level 20 right now with the bar maybe a millimeter from level 21. I seemed to be getting xp for the roller while not even driving it (killing, driving runners, etc). Which is why I stopped until it is fixed. I wouldn't mind grinding it up again, it's just I shouldn't have to. Also if it does affect EGO rating, yea that's it for me until fix.

I am in the same boat, was told the same thing had to reopen the ticket after the patch with no resolution as of yet. I understand bugs but what is upsetting is that they said it would be fixed and it wasn't. When it comes to customer service you can't tell someone one thing and then deliver another.

"[02:28:24 PM] GM Vorkrim: Rest assured your rating is not lost, currently we are working hard to fix the Roller Rating and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. Unfortunately I do not have a fix for this issue at this time. If you have already sent your report to our team, then it will be answered. Due to the amount of tickets we are receiving for Defiance, all tickets are being answered in the order in which they are received."

This issue is incredibly upsetting. My Rollers and Runners both hit 20 and then both went back down to 1... Rather annoying actually.

My runner went from level 20 to 40 and lost its perks now it runs slower please fix it

Well according to that GM, "Rest assured your rating is not lost". That sounds to me that roller rating are stored in their database and, in a perfect world, once the issue is fixed your level should jump to where it's supposed to be. I mean that's what it sounds like he's saying. I hope this is true.

Well this has nothing to do with the ranking bug, but its still odd i was doing a race and my character disappeared his arms were still there and coming out of the seat. I was still able to drive it so I don't mine
