Does anyone know if this bug is still occurring post-patch? I understand they haven't fixed the ranks of those who were already reset, but have they stopped it from happening with this patch? Both of my vehicles are at level 19 atm.

I doubt the patch was intended to repair previous damage to it, just prevent it from happening again. I'm pretty sure you'll have to contact CS to actually repair damage.
You must have missed my quoted conversation with one of the GMs, because she assured me my rank would be restored as a result of the patch and it wasn't. Therefore by default I consider the bug not 100% fixed.
I don't understand how it would even be possible to repair every effected character. If it's reset to 1, then how can they track who was hurt by it?
Why do you care so much about re leveling it. It levels just by the virtue of being used...it'll get there eventually

does anyone know if this is effecting weapons as well? my lmg's are at about 19 and 3/4 and i want the extra 5% damage that comes with level 20, but dont want to risk a reset like my roller stats.
It does not affect weapon skills.
New update by GM Noghdel: "...our developers are still working on a resolution, we are not able to provide a timeframe for when this issue will be resolved. Unfortunately as this is an issue within the game's code, it will be necessary to wait for this issue to be resolved by our developers."
Only good thing about this is that we know for sure now that the bug is in fact still not fixed as of this morning.
