Logged in after patch and my Ego has gone up, kickass!

i gained 90 levels and got 1 perk

Patch notes state will get ego points for vehicle levels so may be coming from there.

You only get Ego POINTS from filling up the experience bar at the bottom of your screen. Has nothing to do with gaining rating from weapons/pursuits/vehicles.
