NEW GLITCH: NO KEYCODES from dynamic events after patch.1.010

Well I gotta say dynamic events feel pretty pointless without keys because you can just drive by them... actually not much of a reason to drive now, might as well fast travel when you can. I was just playing and nobody was doing them, which is a shame now that you can talk to the people you would have met doing them. They need to bring back the 3-4 key reward. I'm at 940 with no orange in sight.... feels like I'll never get one now that I will rarely get boxes.

Apparently Boarderlands destroyed peoples perception of Legendary Weapons before they could experience how difficult they should actually be to aquire. Even in this game drop rate for legendaries is too generous, yet none are ever satisfied.

No matter, the chaff has begun to see itself out.

Lol, ive 2 level 50 characters in borderlands and 1 level 58 and ive only gotten 1 orange legendary weapon, and that one came from the slots at moxxis. But ive yet to get any here either. Theyre supposed to be hard to get. Thats what gives the game replay value in one sense, farmin for legendaries

Some contracts will award keycodes and I believe you can replay storyline now a lot of those missions had key-codes.

emergencys still reward you / Co-op /arkfalls / PVP / large over world event areas ie ( refinery meltdown, etc, etc ) they just took away the easy things which you can accedently do while driving down the road like the hellbug one.... OMG! just ran over 10 bugs on the road...wooo 5 keys for me

Thats not the point....

We will still get keycodes at the same rate. But now we wont be doing these events. They are just filler now, useless.

these forums are full of cry babies, i really would hate to be a moderator on these forums. Its hard to believe most of you are 18+, well i guess thats just the typical Amercian (crying about everything that makes them work harder) its quite funny to me. lololololol

+1 - It used to be fun. EVERYONE in my party just now disbanded and turned off their consoles over this keycode thing. Completely removing them was stupid, emergencies are now useless crap. It's very disappointing what's happened here. None of my friends are playing this game now that this has happened. I've completed the game, beaten all the missions, ranked #1 at 50+ arkfalls, gotten my black challenger, and the only thing left was to try and get some good legendary gear and max out my skills. So my vehicle skills get reset and the keycodes get removed from emergencies, the only thing that I really found fun in the game. I officially have nothing left to do in this game now and have stopped playing it, all because of a stupid dev decision that will make 1000s of players stop playing it. I thought it was a glitch that only hellbug emergencies dropped keys and was hoping they'd fix it and make EVERY emergency drop keys. Nope. What they should have done was make every emergency drop 2 keys. And only 3 from a major arkfall I placed #1 in?!?!? Done playing for now, going to go play a different game now, thanks for making a game I've been anxiously awaiting for months boring now. I'm getting a refund, this is stupid.

Sounds like borderlands is the game for you and your friends if you want a mindless loot farm game, borderlands does it well. As far as you placing first in arkfalls congrats cause that means nothing as not all player scores are being recorded due to grenade glitch. Please get your refund and thanks for playing.
