No new episode missions?

I'm shocked this isn't common knowledge.

They pushed back the DLC behind 2 major update patches for stability and performance.

They do intend to release some DLC that will sink up a bit with the current episodes, just not before the executive decision to install update/stability patches first.

Release time is unknown exactly but they did state after 2 major patches that focus on making the game better to play in general across all platforms

It's kind of hard what they'd add since our characters are in san fran and the show story takes place st. louis...
The first episode mission worked because it set up the first episode of the show, but if they do something like that, I think it might ruin the next episode for us unless they did some non-essential part but then we're stuck with something we don't care too much about... I don't know, I would've preferred the game took place in st. louis, probably would've opened many many many more tie ins to the show.

Also think being able to make some decisions would've been cool and the show could take the net of what decision users made (100 people put a bullet through Varus' face vs 80 people who helped him out) would show or mention of some big time buttface mine owner being killed by an arc hunter on the show.

They could easily have added a mission, or cut scene with ara and jon talking about the anniversary of the battle of defiance. Lots of little things like that that, could have been just models and text and would have sufficed.

Because they removed them from the game forever.

They already stated that you better to the Episode Missions ASAP because when the next episodes air they change the missions up. I think this is the only way they are able to have a synergy with the show atm.

It's really odd that, you can now replay all the main missions after you complete the last one, but not play the episode missions every again. So, on one hand they're all concerned with time lines and on the other, completely disregard it. It's a bad way to create synergy that the majority are displeased with and isn't being addressed properly.

They added the 2 new pursuits and the pilgrim rescue events and data recorders to do them, thats the stuff for this eppisode and it will dissapear too next week do do it before then if you want it done

well I just bought the game today and i get in. Then i call my friend and he says no more episode missions now i returned it cause i cant play episodes

And my friend had done all of the episode mission before the show and it still wont give him anything

The first Episode Mission is no longer available, they took it away before the first episode aired because Nolan and Irisa have gone to St Louis(Defiance)

This is correct, in episode 1 in game after you complete and they fake give you the thingy(I don't remember what it's called) they leave for Antarctica. Although Episode 2 in game will probably show them getting stuck somewhere needing help and saying sorry about the ruse.

But yeah in the Show they are at Defiance(St Louis).
