Indeed. I have all four EGO powers maxed on my main character.
This is also part of an EGO Rating Pursuit.

You have to unlock perks next to each other, so if you unlock cloak you can only unlock perks 1 square around cloak, as you unlock those perks it allows you to unlock more, so basically you have to unlock a line of perks to the other powers

I don't know why i have not seen this issue before - anyone else have the problem of your load outs dropping ego perks or not sticking in the slots? My first character will drop perks if they are different in another load out. So basicly, I can only have one true load out working - I have to emty all of the other load outs perks before they will stick in my primary load out. Huge pain in the @#$.

This was fixed in a small patch a few days ago. You can now have Overcharge in your first loadout, Cloak in your second, Decoy in your third and you can mix and match any of your perks within these loadouts and they will now stick. In the past if you had say Overcharge in loadout 1 and Cloak in loadout 2 all of your perks in loadout one would carry over to loadout two basically making both loadouts the same (besides the EGO ability.)

It was extremely annoying and made loadouts almost useless. There was a massive thread about this topic and almost everyone that took part in that thread confirmed it as fixed.

You can only have 1 EGO Power at one time.

However your Loadouts are like your different specs. You can have a loadout made for Overcharge (which I use to level), another made for Cloak( for PVP ), another made for Blink or Decoy (used on harder bosses later)

I basically use one loadout strictly for PVP and give it different shields, weapons and Perks that would benefit that style of combat.
Arkfalls are all damage based so you want to use Overcharge for those, that's how I'm usually top of the DPS chart with Blitz1337.
Instances are up to you, but I like Overcharge for the same reason. Some people like Blur to run through them quickly. Decoy is in my opinion useless.

Decoy would be a good power for end game raids if some bosses did really high damage so you wanted to get them off the raid or one guy getting hurt really bad. More as damage mitigation.
