I was just smoking out side and saw my gf cat walking weirdly. He is walking with one arm up. We usually leave him outside because I'm allergic to cats plus I hate cats. I lift him up and moved his arm up and down he did not seem to be in pain. What should I do it is 2am in the morning.. I'm very sure there is no vet up this early in Perth.
Damn, If you dont have a 24 HR emergency Vet near you at this hour I suggest just try to keep him as comfortable as you can until the morning and then take him to a Vet.
Most Vets do have Doctors on call, when you call them they will tell you what to do if it is an emergency.

Only thing to do is put it down, i reccommend 12gauge buckshot at point blank range. May want to fire a few extra rounds, like 9 of them, just to make sure he doesnt have any more lives left after the 1st few shots......
