This is technically against Microsoft's ToS, so it probably wouldn't be allowed here in the first place. I've not checked out how the patcher does its thing after downloading the patch, but it's also possible that the patch file itself auto-deletes, which would mean you'd be stuck downloading and injecting the entire pre-patched client. That'd be just as much of a hassle, frankly.
I know what your saying, Maybe trion should do something like this though like an auto installer off of usb i know you can update 360 dash's this way
just seems to make more sense this patcher they used has always sucked even in the beta

Not everyone who knows how to inject files using Xtaf is a pirate, Unsent Soul.
uhhhhhhhhhh actually i still think I'll give the xtaf approach a go, this is taking looong
Anyone opened the .wad files defiance yet theirs alot of interesting stuff there
Lots of server info in there can't wait to explore deeper maybe i might find a way to make my own custom patches
