Known Issues for Patch 1.010

First thing is I log on and instead of lvl 508/509(can't remember I was like lvl 574 or I believe.
So here is what I did. I do an Arkfall I could of swore my Assault Rifle with a Commando Scope 3 worked fine at first. But I did a Minor Arkfall that was close and beat that and got a pursuit for that which I had thought I had got already but hey more levels. So than I go back to the Headlands Transit place and I am like alright do next mission or not. I than notice when I zoom in since I bumped the button to zoom that it didn't show the scope or even crosshairs. I am like WTF. Tried logging out and back in. Didn't work. I tried restarting whole game and nothing. I than say well maybe it'll fix itself so I do my mission Seize the Day, Control the Future. I than notice I have like a weird purple thing that I have NO clue what it is for. It just following me around and I have no clue how I even got it. I didn't even do anything. Also I have never gotten that many Keycodes from Events and Emergencies like hardly ever.

TLDR;
- EGO evel was higher after update(possibly it is supposed to be like this I assume?)
- No Scope on assault rifle(Commando 3 Mod)
- Puple sphere everywhere around me but within around 30m or so of me. Moves with me even.
- Events and Emergencies don't give many if any keycodes.(this way before the update)

I have 2 problems with pursuits not mentioned in startpost:

No "tick" for obtaining all four powers even though there is one for fully upgrading them
After entering in the game several days ago all car skills "jumped" for 2-3 levels without giving "tick" for cerberus level 5

Here are some of the major known issues we are working towards fixing with Patch 1.010

Known Patch Issues – Some of these existed before the patch, but have been better identified:

- Muting voice chat mutes yourself rather than other players.
- Completing 5 trades with friend’s task is grayed out before completing 5 trades, causing Magnetic Personality II to be reset.
- Attempting to join a Commandeer Cronkhite match commonly fails.
- Players who accessed the Data Recorder for “That’s All I Got” before the original fix can still not access it to complete the pursuit.
- Team Deathmatch kills are being reset after each match is completed for some players.
- When zoomed in with some scope mods, no scope UI is shown.
- The Hellbug Cap has accidentally been replaced with Sweet Shades for some lucky players.
- Freight Yard is currently disabled which gates some Contracts and Pursuits
- Vehicle ranks will sometimes reset after logout
- For the first 5 min of logging in you cannot see friends list
- Crater data pad still bugged, still have a reset on my social achievements like pvp with friends/clan etc.
- Chat doesn't last long enough after something is said
Clan options are bugging out ability to see clan tab
- Missing clan tags even though there in game and next to
Friends just showing as offline whilst others show with all there ego ratings, last online information
- Grouping doesn't allow you to enter shadow wars
- Ability not to join clan member’s phase or go to person but gets better after being logged in for a while

Weapon Mods - Scopes not giving you a scope/zoom

The kill requirement pursuit for Major Arkfalls reset, is resetting for me. I can't tell you what exactly is causing it or give your more details, but I damn near snapped my controller in half when my count went from 1200 to 12.

Chat Window Bugs and suggestions:

Issue#1 : The chat window only shows one person's line at a time.
Expected: Chat window shows chat history and is scrollable.

Issue #2 (suggestion): No Global/large area chat. Currently, the "Area" chat option is more like a "Local" chat option where only people directly or near you can see.
Expected: Larger if not global chat. There should be an option that lets players broadcast to the whole "area" such as the Marin area. Alternatively, a full world/global broadcast would be good as well. This should offset the lack of socializing by uniting all of the players from across the entirety of the game. Right now, chat-wise, players are too isolated.

More things give EGO rating now according to the patch notes. For example:

● Increasing vehicle skill now adds to EGO rating.

How about the issue where perks keeps un-equipping themselves? How is that not a known issue?

Im having a issue on the main mission me and my brother were doing "safe no more" at the end of the mission my brother got mission complete but i did not and im stuck at the end of the mission i tryed abandoning the mission,reloging after abandoning it nothing works it keeps me at the end of the mission and i am unable to complete it. please help.

Not able to view your clan, members in it, or the ability to invite to the clan. It seems a few individuals have had this issue.

This right here is my main prob at the moment, but mine doesn't get better the longer I'm logged in.

No clan tab at all under the Quick Menu, and when I look underthe Social tab in the circular menu, there is nothing under the Clan tab.

When I try to join a friend, I spawn in seemingly random places without anyone around me, as well as the inability to see other people's names/clans, etc.
