So after searching for hours for the protect pilgrims events in San Fran and Madara, I completed them, but neither shows up in my pursuits section, and I can't seem to get them to spawn again. I cannot complete the one Pursuit because on the PS3 version it still has Capture and Hold as a valid match type, but apparently that was fixed on the PC and XBOX versions, I sent a report in-game to Trion Worlds, but after coming here and reading the forums I have little hope of a response. Since I have been through the launch of several MMO's and I realize that nothing goes off without a hitch, having these types of issues and getting only silence from the people involved is disheartening, especially when you are trying to tie in game events to a TV show, thus giving you a limited time to complete those events. I sincerely hope they are able to address these issues quickly.
Like someone already stated I'm not going through 48 pages to see if the issues I've noticed are mentioned but the main ones I've seen are:
1- in co-op missions and some arkfalls I'm getting a final dmg amount of 0.
2-Chat is still a total mess,clan chat works sometimes and then othertimes it doesn't.
3-Invite to clan again is very hit and miss to whether it works.
4-On logging in I get different ego scores and the mission complete flashing, which has already being mentioned.
There are others but these are the main ones I've noticed, I play on the EU PC server.
New Patch even made game even worse thank it was.... Kinda sad. it was getting better

ok, so a while back we had problems with the servers going down and no warning except for the in game messages before we got kicked off. so you guys gave us the little server status window at the log in screen, ONCE we've CONNECTED to the servers and are choosing a character. for a while that was fine, but when we cant even get that far because the servers are down it doesnt do much good does it? i think the main page with the golden gate bridge and the defiance logo and theme are cool and all but its kinda pointless for it to just be a 'press start' screen. i saw my friends were playing defiance about an hour ago and went to hop on now and it wont connect cuz the servers are down, again. yet the forums here show no mention of that. just that 2 days ago the pc servers were going down. i get that theres only 150 of u ("theres only a hundred fifty of them, i can take 'em") and that ur all busy all day doing something important for the game. but as some people have mentioned, letting US KNOW that ur doing that is also critically important. the little server status window u gave us, needs to be FAR more informative, let us scroll thru old updates and messages, there even when we cant connect to the servers (for whatever reason) and by that i mean on an earlier page of the startup. u seem to post more of this info on ur twitter. i understand theres no reason we shouldnt but not all of us use twitter. i personally hate the crap out of it but i use facebook. i use ur forum page here (obviously), we should get messages about this important information across all bands and forms of tech.
i think it would be unbelievably awesome, smart, wise, and helpful as well as beneficial if u made an app. an app NOT JUST for stupid iphones (im sick and tired of all the good and cool stuff being for the 'app store' only) half the world has androids and the other half has iphones. not everyone has a 360 or a ps3, thats why ur games all platforms. so, u should make an app that keeps us up to date. it sends us all the information about patches, maintenance, emergency maintenance, new stuff, random stuff, it should be able to show screenshots and what not of all sorts of defiance goodies. so that any one can KNOW when they can and cant play. whats going on. my phone is my first computer, my laptop comes second. if my droid cant do it THEN i use my laptop. i love that you guys are dedicated to the game, i love that ur working so hard on it and doing everything u can to fix all the bugs and problems we are all having but we need to know ur there and paying attention and we need to know when ur working on things. please, if u cant/dont/wont make an app that does all that then at least make the server status window in game be like the first thing we see. i hate that i can only get news about the servers if i can GETINTO the servers. thank you for everything and please dont stop.
-In the fight with Nim, I had experienced multiple "failure/double reloads/wastes of ammo&time" unsure if this was just this boss fight or ordinary glitch other players often experience.
-commander cronkite glitch, after clearing forces before reaching daig, the door will not open sometimes
-Motherlode glitch, sometimes no one can damage the motherlodes shoulder pods, therefore making it impossible to finish and resulting in everyone quitting.
-Island of lost soldier, the matron.
1- Killing the matron results in the unregistered killing of the matron and therefore everyone waiting for the end of co-op when it is registering as the matron hasn't spawned.
2- Killing the matron after 2:15 usually leads to the achievment not being completed
-Explosions 101-Killing the hulker under 3 minutes was not working for me here either, I have done it 4 times (all of them on saturday the 20th)
There are many more that have been mentioned before, but I read up to page 18 and was mainly seeing these "chat" repeats and what not, when I feel that these fight glitches are more important. Considering they result in players wasting 10-20 minutes and get nothing out of it.
No offense admins but ya'll are seriously a let down with updates and such. A lot of these issues are beginner programming issues and should've been dealt with right off the bat. You guys keep telling us that these bugs are being or have been fixed then when they come to be tested through actual gameplay turns out you guys are BOLD FACED LIEING to us... Every time you update the server everything gets worse than it has been. There was a short while before patch 1.010/1.011 that the PVP amongst other things that worked perfectly and now they don't work worth a darn.
Also for things that we are spending money on such as bonus exp, to not have them pop up and have us spend bits on NOTHING is completely unacceptable. I bought a bunch of the exp bonuses for my clan and none of them are working and you guys completely refuse to do anything about it. VERY POOR SERVICE.
This game has so much potential but you guys won't get your crap in gear and work on fixing the REAL issues. Instead you are focused on making changes to the game that are second rate or can be worried about in the future rather than updating things that very much so need work on. I support the game and how great it is despite all the issues but you guys need to get your head on straight about whats important.....
For other players here are some (temporary) fixes to some issues:
1. Unable to invite players to your group/clan - have all members you wish to invite log off (including yourself) and repeat until it will allow. A lot of the time you will notice that when it doesn't allow you to send invites your social tab is messing up and relogging can possibly solve this (it also fixes a lot of other minor issues). Also, another tip is you must be near the other player to send a clan invite. Using the find player to do a clan invite only occasionally works. (tested and works)
2. Guns not leveling up? - When your guns start to level freeze you will need to get a new gun of that type each time you level. An easy way to get past this is to just buy 20 of the same gun out of a store (yeah takes up inventory space and cash but its a work-a-round) and every time you level up break down or resell the gun and use the next one. Then you can use your main gun for the important stuff. (tested and works)
3. Damage appearing as 0? - This is almost always caused by cluster grenades. Just use a different grenade or don't toss out a cluster grenade onto the battlefield and it should fix this. (tested and works)
i had this same issue aswell, just go around and kill mob enemies until they drop a weapon, and simply hold x until you pick up and equip it simultaneously. should fix your issue./.. thats how i fixed mine.
Just a minor issue. When you reach level 20 with rollers on the Xbox it says script not found under the notification. Also the coop maps lose players and break up parties. Not sure why and it seems to happen at random.
