Having a hard time finding a cluster shotgun again, but does anyone with one know if it triggers explosion kill perks now? I run an explosion build with GL/RL and having a second GL of different ammo type could be pretty useful, but is only good if it triggers the perks (reload, grenade recharge, 30% dmg boost, etc..). I believe previously only the 30% dmg boost worked.
