Nobody should be encouraged to get a tattoo based on something so transitory.

That's a bit extreme, regardless people have free will so they can do it if they truly want to. Also no one is encouraged to get it by seeing it for themselves, a tattoo is supposed to look good to them so the one on Nolans arm must be appealing.
Plus the OP said they want it on a t-shirt so it's all good. xD
