A Capital city in San Francisco

I am loving the game and tv show of defiance thus far, however after just viewing the show and watching a whole terraformed city like St Louis thrive with life id love to see something like this surface for us. It would give us a collective place to gather and trade as well as meet other clan members. Additionaly it could also act as a safe haven from ambushers and such that attack or almost spawn out of anywhere leaving us to constantly be on guard, with this city implementation we can relax.

It could also host a whole mountain of things like

Clan banks and normal storage banks
Vehicle vendors
Auction houses
Clan tabards
Poker tables or draught board games in a cantina to pass time.
Etc...

This would also be a great gateway to a return of nolan and other defiance tv characters to make an appearance with access to a city. At this moment in time it feels rather solitary that we have no real place to gather than an arkfall and would love to see this happen and even make an appearance in the tv show sometime down the line.

I could dig this, might I offer up some alternatives or ideas on other options for locations? First, since San Fran is the hardest are of the game and a large city/hub might struggle to survive in such a risky area. I'm fairly far through the story (possible spoilers). It seems to me that after the end encounter the area will be liberated or something similar to the context. If the city is in San Fran only open it upon completion of Nim. Once this final original box content mission is done you have now been granted access to _ _ _ _ (I'm **** with names). I think this would be awesome and allow players to have successfully completed the initial story/content to enter this new place where ark hunters meet before embarking on the even more perilous territories/regions that I'm wishing open up on the map providing further challenge and story. If access to the social hub is granted after this much story then it could be also be set on the edge of a border from the next zone(s) that open up and where the initial map ends. This could be at a border of sf and wherever.

Second if you want all players to have access of the city from the get go then make it on somewhere before sf possibly just outside on the edge of the next upcoming map area(s).

I know more text, sorry. I personally would like the first option more. I am fairly far and it may be personal bias. I do think it would be easier to tie into the show's diegesis. It would also be relatively easy to tie in a general or maybe for some challenge reward shout out one or several names as having helped establish said community. Thanks for reading!
TL;DR version
Yes to a large city in general in sf if you have to beat story to be granted access. Somewhere just outside near border of upcoming area(s) if all players can get here from the get go.
