im at the same download rate for Black Ops 2 map packs, I did the speed test and what not and reset my router and nothings changed, still the same DL rate for both the Map pack and the Patch.. Kind of interesting, i've never encountered issues like this till todayOriginally Posted by Rancid
I was having the same issue, I was hardwired to my router as well with the same speed 0.02/mb/sec
I reset my router and about 5 mins of it being powered off,once i started it up again,the download only took about 12 minutes in total...maybe that will help?
Just keep canceling the patch and restarting it. Occasionally cancel and dashboard then try it agin. That's what I do till I get a favorable speed. And yes it happens to most people no matter what their connection speeds are.
You could always open the ports on the router to where the patch is coming from, is it Xbox live or Trion ?, i dont think it would be to hard to find them out and its easy enough to do.
Just tried the server reset, still stuck at 0.02! It has got to be on the server end.
Ping the server and see what you get or run a trace route.

Well, I am here trying it again this morning, 6:15 am my time and the damn thing is still stuck on 0.02!!!
Im usually not one to do a lot of *****ing but this is just crazy. Whether this is MS or Trion, they need to get this fixed and they need to do it now.
