The price is way to high and maintainance is not a good idea, I think the price should be around 400,000 and that is it, no extra charges because after you've spent so much you would get angry at it being suspended!

400k is nothing. I can make a 100k scrip in 1 day no prob. and if its for a clan multiple people would be able to contribute. an idea might be to have some clan bank to deposit srip in to save up the funds needed to build the mini carrier. if anything the price should be higher i say 1mil scrip

I somewhat agree with a mission but still it should be a mission to get the basic mini-carrier and then to upgrade it would cost scrip. Slay you and i should work at trion. then it wouldnt just be an awesome idea.

I have to say... this idea is well worth adding into the game... maybe add more payment options for the strato and add diffrent sizes for diffrent prices, force it to be clan sized as well, for instance lock some of the rooms aboard it until you reach a certian amount of member (Rooms stay unlocked if people leave or get kicked from clan) the clan outfits idea, I do disagree with as the color scheme for your idea is kinda lacking, personally I would want something like grants soldiers uniforms... the armor and everything looks militry which is what I like, but back to the prices... there should be 3 diffrent carriers each costing a diffrent price, all the same size however, just lacking in features mainly... for instance, the cheaper (100,000 scrip or 1,500 bits) one would just sit in one spot and have 75% of all the features disabled minus the vendors and such.... the 2nd one would have
35% of the stuff disabled and be like 375,500 scrip or 3,500 bits and the location could be chosen once every 24 hours (Location of the stratos would be based on backdrop locations purchased with scrip or bits) and the third class being the one you priced and such... and to make it more interesting, clans who score the highest on a weekly basis in arkfalls should be able to have their carriers in the actual game world, this would be an incentive for people to play in groups during arkfalls, and make thing more intresting... but these are just my opinions and they will most likely end up getting negative comments from trolls and such.

Engineers walking around doing things,
Tannoy systems going off to inform of arkfalls,
Battles,
Mini-scale clan PvP,
Overview of players ego and stuff,
Weapon Room (buying, selling, trading and upgrading kind of like Mass Effect)
Festive decor around new year and other occasions (Tinsel?)
Bottom looks like glass or some type of beam that is invisible and is used to pass cargo through
Board of top times posted by clan on things like hotshots and races
Board that shows leader, co-leader and officers at a glance.
