Megathread Clan Strato-Carrier - Concept Art - Videos

Going to wiggle this into the thread, I like it, but with a different reason. I think it would suit obviously if clan wars served more purpose and fit into the lore which is a big problem I see, not being completely lore oriented, where I've done in some areas lacking in others. I'm going to rename rated clan wars to gualanite wars where clans will compete for resources in capture and hold areas like freight yard matchmaking and will receive gualanite war reputation from gameplay and will purchase guns and items from vendors there. I plan to rework alot of thread areas, add concept art further and take out the video in the next few hours to come. Thanks for the suggestion, tell me if there's anything else you'd add before I set this in stone.

Would like to see sabotage, like using the hellbug pheromones to spam control points.

I think 1 matchmaking playlist is enough for clans. I'd like to keep it simple.

Firing range, definitely. I now included firing ranges as a purchasable display area.
I rewrote the thread aswell with more features and concept art, give it a look! Thanks guys for your constant amazing support and feedback so far. I need some coffee and a sandwich right now, then a nap. I also removed the video and off youtube. I will probably reupload another because of all the changes it's no longer relevant.

Well, I doubt having all rep vendors in one place would really work so well, but allowing the clan to chose a sponsor, essentially which faction they want, would allow for different styles of strato interior.

VBI, for instance, would be the basic military strato while Top Notch might have broken Scrappers and various pieces of machinery integrated.

Echelon would be a darker theme, with lots of vidscreens showing information.

Not sure about Paradise Territory, considering it would be run, in theory by Ara, it might be a more Votan based theme, but it could also be tied to Iron Demon and Happy Pow Ranch...

I see Varus in a cutscene saying something along the lines of 'I gathered some potential sponsors, since I doubt you have enough scrip alone to pay for such prime equipment' *With a rusted, dilapidated strato in the background* 'And as a way of thanking me, you can sign this contract saying you'll only come to me for repairs and upgrades.'

Its a way of allowing a clan to make the strato fit what they envision for a base. It's a minor set of details, but every little thing helps, you know?

This idea absolutely rocks!!! my clan is basically just me and a few buddies but this sort of thing would make us outreach to more people. Like tonight i was just rolling around san fran and I pass by a random ark hunter thats downed but there is no one around who could have attacked him. So I hop out of my Billet Metallic Charger to revive him and say in the chat box "Get in the car!!" naturally he listened and got into a car with a complete stranger and we rode off into the sunset. To get to the poin with something like this implemented I would have invited the guy to a party and probably gotten him in the clan. But for real we just rolled around and thrashed some dark matter.
