[PS3] UI Slow To Load

When I change instance, or leave any menus the UI is blank and can take up to 20s to load. While this is loading I cannot aim, spawn a vehicle, or if I enter menus, browse the menus as they will appear blank.

This has been going on since launch and it's incredibly irritating. Since I am in New Zealand some people will blame the connection, but DUST 514, Halo 4, BF3 and WoW all work without lag incident.



EDIT: Just saw the "Slower than 68%.." bit, gave me a laugh, speed is actually very good for NZ-US off ADSL2

ive been getting this to but on PC i think its a sever problem when alot of people are on the sever response time slows down resulting in lag
