My friend bought the hannibal 800R from the store the blue one with in like 45mins of starting the game, i then later told him i'd just got on for free from a main mission and he wasnt happy lol, you can get all the cash shop stuff basically in game, or a closely near replica of it.

    Example Dam Defense

Coda scout = Coda Knight from store... so there a colour difference big woop!

Yea that CODA scout/knight thing ticks me off since I paid money for a dang recolor, they made sure to only show the hat in the goals to make sure I could not see that I guess haha. If only I could refund that purchase.

I don't mind that they are removing Keys from emergencies. It gives me more reason to replay missions or do redo some Activities. Besides, 90% of the emergencies never gave me keys expect for the hellbug related ones. You can basically stand outside of Iron Demon Ranch and have someone keep doing the hellbug emergencies right outside and let your Keys and XP rank up. Kinda dumb if you ask me. Now don't get me wrong I'm a little upset about the whole key aspect but like i said i don't mind. I rather earn them in a timely fashion then just doing emergencies over and over again to achieve my keys. Makes it way to easier to farm 74 keys. So are they going to take Cash Shop way out? I highly doubt it.

Do guns really get THAT much better?

I mean how often do you guys buy lock boxes? The way you talk about the grind for keycodes makes it sound like you're constantly changing weapons. Do you really max out weapons so fast that you need to do this?

I've just tipped 400 ER and I've had my keycodes maxed for..... Ummm..... well as long as I can remember. I just don't have any use for them at all. I bought some T3 and T4 lockboxes as soon as I could afford them and being as how I primarily use LMGs, I didn't really get anything worth my while. I've gotten a couple purple and orange ARs from missions as well and switch out to those or a BMG when needed.

I'm still using the green SAWs from standard vendors and I'm in the top 5 every time I do an Arkfall. Every time I've had to switch out to keep skilling up, I've always had enough salvage to open all 4 mod slots immediately and as far as I can see, that's what I'll keep doing until I have enough rep to start buying the purple SAWs from a faction vendor.

Maybe my tune will change when I'm 1000 ER+ but for now I can't say I understand why anyone would need to grind kecodes that much.

Agreed. It's annoying, but not game breaking.

I tell you why I grind for keys...

These boxes are only place to find:

    1) Good shields, grenades, weapons, and synergy mods.
    2) Orange items of the above.

All those things cannot be bought from vendors nor looted other than a super duper rare weapon sale.

note. you CAN luck out and get purp shields/grenades for major Arkfalls but that is .01% chance + they rarely if ever give you a shield with an actual element resist: only place for those is lock boxes.

Keycode rewards disappear and casually the defiance store is added to quick menus... coincidence?

While I'm also upset about the fact that you no longer get key codes from any missions and that my favorite weapon got nerfed, I feel like this will give me more time to focus on unrewarding Co-Op with total strangers, as due to the lacking chat system, there's no way to find a good group to begin with.

*shrug* It's not like the lockboxes had anything special in them anyway. You mostly got greens from Tier 3 and Tier 4 anyhow.
I mean now you can teleport-hop to all sell locations, every hour, and check for a good purple weapon on the special list.

For some reason I foresee them adding a scrip value you have to pay, for quick travel.

I find this all incredibly funny.

First everyone whined that Arkfalls and Co-op missions weren't worth the effort because there were easier ways to get stuff. They fixed it, maybe not like would have hoped, but they did and now you're all whining? Seriously? ****

Hmm they could have buffed co-ops and arkfalls but I suppose it's easier just to nerf the hell out of road side emergencies. This is all marketing and some suit tryin to push us towards the CS I suppose. Not suprising, really.
