no more idiotic and foolish than yours. and by your post count i wouldnt take you for a forum newbie. the way it works is people make threads to voice opinions/ state facts and discuss them. as he is entitled to voice his opinion, so am i. but his post would have people belive that trion is doing something that they simply are not. they are not gearing this game to pay-to-win. since launch they have done nothing of the sort. it is my right as a forum user/ gamer of defiance to defend the game i consider fun from people bashing it with foolish, ridiculous, false, and idiotic statements...that is all

Don't forget though, we currently have double loot on thanks to the bonus. So you have to cut those drops in half to compensate for the state of the game after the bonuses run out.

Noticed that but we had those buffs before the patch also and going by that I am gaining 4-5 whites plus 1-2 greens from just a basic mission like medical supplies. Which is a lot more than before patch.

If you stopped complaining for a moment and tried some emergencies and basic missions you would notice that drops of whites and greens seem to have gone through the roof, meaning that by salvaging you will end up with your precious keys in no time.

Wait till your boosts run out lol. Oh wait you can buy more cuz now you know how important they are from the free trial lol! Don't get me wrong i love this game.. Don't regret buying it..
Hell I even bought my brother a copy! But I just feel they shouldn't keep moving the goal posts!

can someone please link me to the topic where the dev said the key rewards aren't supposed to be dropping from mini events? The only person I saw say something like that was in the patch notes topic, and he was just a normal user not a dev. The dev never responded to the person who said it was broken that the keys weren't dropping anymore.

Out of curiosity, I was reading through the patch notes and couldn't find anything about removing rewards... I know the keycodes aren't dropping BUT are we sure its not just a bug? That or I just went crosseyed reading the really long patch notes and missed it.

I don't think it is mentioned in the notes.

I have seen people state both that the devs have said this is intentional, and that this change is a bug with the 1.010 patch. Didn't manage to find any official posts on the matter though.

Its true, I am Ego 1550 and pretty much every weapon i get has all four slots now.

I have been able to find any official word from any dev on whether this is intentional or just a bug. The only person who mentioned it in the patch notes topic was regular poster.

I still got keys from hellbug mini events earlier at 8 pm est. Although maybe I didn't, now I'm not 100% sure, I know my key total flew up in about an hour I went from low teens to nearly 50.

You know you can still easily farm keycodes by just salvaging the weapons that drop from mobs in those emergencies and buy keycodes for 1k, right? Thats 4 random white or 2 random green drops that you would just NPC anyway. Salvage them, buy keycodes, buy lockboxes. Very simple.

Tell that to the quite large emergency event I did last night..not a single white item dropped...
