I hope we get some more Episode Missions. I was really expecting those with every new episode. Not just pursuits. But if they can deploy some at least every couple episodes I'd be okay with that... but there are only 12 episodes total.

To be fair the new pursuits tie into the show which showed that it was the Armastice Day Festival. They said new tie in content each episode not new tie in missions each episodes lol.
Yep, I just think a lot of people assumed when they saw the Episode Missions that was the form it'd take. I do really like lighting the lanterns though. But I was expecting a bit more. Expectations are re-set now. But I do hope we get plenty more Episode Missions at some time. Maybe those really are only coming with DLC.
Yea I get that but to have missions like that we would need characters leaving the show and heading to the bay or people passing through the bay to get to St.Louis and seeing as that was just the first two episodes I would expect the pursuits to be all we get this week and maybe even next.
Yeah this is pretty odd. I thought the Interraction between the show and the Game meant that after each episode something would change. Like having to pick off some volge. I guess it's early days though...![]()
With this being the pilot episode would it technically be episode 0? The episode missions were for episode 1. I know the episode 1 missions tied straight to the beginning of the pilot but just an observation. I too want weekly episode missions but who knows if that is going to happen.
I was under the impression that the actions that happen on the show affect the game world, or was I mistaken? That said, I found the episodic mission well done and was looking forward to more added on a regular basis to coincide with the show (and subsequently disappointed when the 2nd one wasn't added). This would also add life to the game, which is sorely needed.
If they really aren't going to offer new episode missions for each new TV episode, then I think the whole tie in thing is pretty much a fail. A big fail. Most players probably don't even know or care what Pursuits, Emergencies and Data Recorders are. Little lore nuggets here and there do not a successful tie in make.
I mean, come on, this is a brave new world for entertainment. The first episode mission nailed it, this week's fluff is just plain pathetic.
