That lockbox just robbed me

Just bought a tier 3 lock box at iron deamon ranch for 24 key codes and never got the loot.

This appears to be happening a lot and as of yet Trion are not responding. It has happened to me a lot recently.

Are you sure you didn't get the loot, or just that it didn't flash on the screen? A known bug for a while has been that occasionally when you get a lockbox, the gear just goes right into your inventory, but doesn't flash on the screen or make the noises. I know I've had it happen to me a couple times, but each time, the gear was still placed in my inventory.

Also, make sure you have room in your inventory for the gear you're getting; if you're full, I think the items instead go to the defiance store Claim Items option.

It's happened to me 3x so far, seems to be random.

Each time this occurs my inventory is NOT full and nothing is added, and nothing is added to my "claim item" portion of the store. It's pretty much acting like I gave my keys/scrip to charity.

I found that if you have recently salvaged items or or have bought things and you are getting the info on your screen +250 salvage +500 etc and you buy a tier box it will do that, best to wait until you have no on screen information and try again.

yeah i think it just takes a while. i know i get on screen info for things that happened 10 minutes before

If you dont have the space in your inventory the boxes you pick from the vendor machine is added to your Store section. You have to make room in your inventory and Claim items.

I have the same issue, I only bought one of those loot boxes and didn't get anything.
Also the ark falls no longer give me shield and grenades drops at the end.

It also did not appear in the claimed items. My inventory was not full, and there was no message at all on the screen. Except for taking my money and keys.

yeah it's happening. I didn't get a t4 lock box a mod cache and put in a ingame bug ticket. So far i have received nothing at all and that was this morning So I guess we will do the waiting game.... yet again
