Whats your game plan for release day?

So you've bought the game and downloaded the update... what's your in-game plan for release day?

Do what I did for alpha and hopefully they have not nerfed anything because by the end of the first alpha just in that one area i was at an ego rating of 120

Depends on when exactly during the day I get the game.

If I get it in the afternoon then I'll get to play some after it installs (unless it takes several hours).
If I don't get the game delivered until late in the evening (when my local UPS usually gets around to it) I'll install the game client and then it'll be off to bed.

Regardless, I'll be able to play quite a bit the next day.

I am the opposite.. if I have troubles getting my copy then I am SOL... as I start my 4 on the next day... 11 1/2 hour days don't leave much for gameplay especially with family. So I am really hoping I can get on and buzz through the character creation and intro... (biggest reason I want in the beta is so that I already know what I want my character to look like and take my time with the tutorial so that on release day I can blaze through it and hit the game hard and fast... oh yeah baby.. lol *rolls eyes*

I'm not sure if I want to try to just slam through the main quests or do all the side quests... I usually like doing side quests so I will probably do that.

I'll have to see how the main quests fit in with the show. I want both formats to be interconnected as much as possible. I'll definitely be doing side quests too.

I took that whole week off work so I could obsessively play until I'm sick of the smell of rotting Hellbug carcasses. I just hope the initial set up doesn't take forever. Setting up DCUO took a good 4 hours to download and set up, and that was with the disc!!

Once I'm in, I'll do the basic story missions to nab the spoils (weapons given for completing the missions) and then start doing the side missions and random encounters to build up scrip. Time to grind, folks!!!

I'll be playing hardcore Tues and Weds since I took those days off. I wish I could have taken the whole week off, but I have a business trip. I was thinking of taking my PS3 with me to play. Would that be a little too obsessive?

Sounds about right to me... taking it with you INTO the business meetings sounds obsessive. lol.
