Is Pre-Order DLC cross-platform?

I want to get the GameStop Ultimate on PC, but I'd like an Xbox copy as well of the regular version to play with my buddies there. Do we know if the DLC codes will be cross-platform? As in, if I get the Xbox copy from Amazon, can I input the Plague Bringer code and have it for my PC account as well?

Probably a dumb question since the stats and progress aren't cross-platform, but since this was theoretically account-side stuff, I was hoping it might be different. I know with some of my Mass Effect 2 and 3 codes, simply adding them to my EA account got me the extra stuff on both PC and Xbox.

I'm sure it's been answered and I'm just overlooking the obvious. Apologies for that, and thanks!

If you purchase the PC Digital Deluxe Edition from Trion Worlds, you will only receive the pre-order bonuses from us for that particular platform. The Gamestop pre-order bonuses will only go through for the Xbox, due to the fact that they are platform specific. if you pre order xbox you get another code for computer, but no cross platfrom play

He is asking if the pre-order bonus items are cumulative and cross platform. He wants to get the Xbox Ultimate and a PC preorder from Amazon and have the bonus weapons/items on both platforms.

And that's what I answered. Preorder bonuses will NOT work cross platform. Like I said I asked Trion about buying pc version and those bonuses working with my xbox ultimate edition. They said NO will only work for platform you get it with.

Darn. I was afraid of that, but I was hoping (was surprised EA of all companies allowed for it with ME2/3, lol).

i got a decent question im getting a copy from gamestop and wallyworld. is the dodge challenger going to be on the same token or with each thing be printed out separate token, i want the walmart gun and give the challenger to my little buddy

I do already know obviously there won't be cross-platform play between different systems as has been said here and other places. But my wonder is about the user's account. If I start playing on the PC, play my account for awhile, then later decide I want to log in on my PS3, will I have to make a whole new account and new characters, or will I be able to load up the same account and progress on a different system?

To answer that question, I'm pretty sure the challenger is going to be a code PER purchase... so if you're purchasing from two places you should be definition get two challenger/pre-order codes.

yep it a whole different person as it were, but you get to have the ark fall code perks, for the systems

Yep as in having to make new character and account? Kind of figured that I suppose... makes sense. Sort of feel bad for anybody that's going to play it across all three platforms... having to balance all three accounts, lol.
