Can people stop posting spoilers in threads unrelated to the series please?

    Hey folks.

I finally got to watch episode 1 last night, and until that point I didn't realise just how much information about the episode I had been accidentally exposed to while reading threads about bug reports...

I understand that people want to discuss the series, and I can also understand people wanting to avoid making multiple posts in different forums (one for the bug report and then going to a different section to discuss the episode), but it really does ruin the episode for those of us who get it later than others...

I am posting this because I want this game and series to be a success, and these accidental spoilers will either stop people who want to watch the series from coming to the forums for a day or so after each episode (thus damaging the community), or it will damage people's enjoyment of the series (which could lead to lower ratings and damage the chances of a second series).

I think that the majority of people still here are pulling for the success of this game, so could we all please keep spoilers where they belong - in clearly marked threads so others who haven't yet seen the episode can avoid them?

    Thanks in advance

IMO the day after an episode airs, the information contained with in is no longer considered a spoiler. It sucks, but that's the way it should be. How long is too long, I never watched the Lost series, have always wanted too. I was looking at some lost forums and someone said what happened at the end. I wasn't mad because it was my own fault the ending was ruined. If you don't want things spoiled, the internet is the last place you want too be.

The worst was when I was watching the movie Bridge to Tarabitha, and my wife's nephew spoiled the movie by telling me the girl died at the end. Needless to say I wasn't a very happy camper. He also proceeded to do the same thing the first time I put on the Chronicles of Narnia.

Unfortunately, we don't all live in America and so 'the day after' is different for each of us. I know that we in the UK get the episodes a day after the US, and I have heard that others get it even later. I know there are always going to be spoilers, and I also understand that with different release dates for the episodes in different countries and time zone differences, people are always going to forget that while they personally have seen the episode, others may not have yet. This will always be a problem with the internet - communication can be just too fast at times!!

All I am asking for is that people try to avoid mentioning the episodes in threads relating to bugs etc, or even if people can just label their posts if they talk about the episodes so those of us who are trying to enjoy both the series and the game together can try to avoid damaging our enjoyment of one by trying to improve our enjoyment of the other...

Also don't forget, a lot of us actually have extremely busy lifestyles, with a very long list of awesome stuff to catch up on (my list is huge, i need at least a 100 years to catch up on it) anyone who puts a use by date on spoilers is a thoughtless jerk.

Stay off the forums, it's expected that if you're here, you're going to see spoilers.

My point was, if you go on the internet you need to go into it fully expecting to read and see spoilers. I'm about 2 weeks backed up in WWE programming, every time I go on facebook I see another post that spoils results for me. I still go on, but I don't get mad because it's my own fault.
